Use these PowerPoint keyboard shortcuts instead of mouse clicks to save time working in PowerPoint.

Working with Slide Shows

Ctrl+D

Copies active slide

Ctrl+K

Inserts a hyperlink

Ctrl+M

Inserts a new slide

Ctrl+N

Creates a new slide show

Ctrl+F

Launches a Find operation

Ctrl+H

Launches a Replace operation

Ctrl+S

Save

Ctrl+P

Print

Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace

Undoes last action

Ctrl+Shift+Tab

In Normal view, jumps between Outline and Slide Panes

Running Slide Shows

F1

Launches a list of actions you can take while slide show is running

N;Enter;Page Down or Spacebar

Moves to next slide or (if appropriate) runs next animation

P;Page Up or Backspace

Moves to previous slide or (if appropriate) runs previsous animation

"Slide Number" + Enter

Moves to a specified slide

B or Full Stop

Launches/hides black screen

W or comma

Launches/hides a white screen

S or Plus Sign

Halts/restarts a slide show

Launches Font dialog
