Drawing an Ellipse
In Normal or Normal Page view, choose Ellipse from the Drawing toolbar
On the slide, click and drag to define the ellipse. If you want a perfect circle, hold down the Shift key and drag.
You can also select the Ellipse tool from the tool bar and then simply click on your slide. PowerPoint will insert a small ellipse that you can resize.
